Workflows

Titled "Delivery workflows". Everyone can view; only owners and admins edit (members see a note saying so).

• A list of active workflows (default badge, step count) and + New workflow, which offers the templates: New workflow (start from scratch), Default delivery workflow, Full delivery workflow, and Agile AI-driven delivery in three tracks (Quick, Method, Enterprise).
• The editor: a canvas of steps (drag a node's ● handle onto another to set its success or failure route; human gates are highlighted), and a Step details inspector for the selected step.
• Toolbar: workflow name, Default badge or Make default, Tidy layout, + Add step, Manage ▾ (Duplicate: "Copy it, then change the copy"; Reset to template: discard your changes, only for workflows made from a template; Archive: hide it from new tasks, work in flight finishes) and Save workflow.
• When a task is split up, the shared finish starts at: pick the step where split parts join back into one ("No shared finish — each part runs to the end" otherwise).
