Chats

Your own conversations with engineers in the portal, newest first, grouped Today / This week / Earlier. Search by engineer or by what was said, or filter by engineer. Click an active chat to continue it, or an ended one to read it back.

Portal chats are private to you. Colleagues can't see them (managers see flagged messages on Monitoring, not your chats). Slack conversations aren't listed here.
