• KPIs: Deliveries done, PRs merged, Steps completed, Hours of work saved (estimate).
• Value for spend (managers): Value of the work, Spend (credits and money), Net and a multiple, with the formula shown. Until rates are set it shows hours saved only. Roles without a rate are listed as not counted yet.
• Delivered (deliveries and PRs merged over time) and Where the time went (engineer hours against hours waiting on people).
• Cycle time: Asked → first PR, PR → merged, Asked → done, credits per delivery, with the engineers-versus-waiting split. A split delivery's sub-tasks count towards the whole delivery.
• By engineer: steps done, PRs opened and merged, working time, hours saved, and credits and value for managers.
• What each role costs you (managers): currency, hourly rate and hours per step per role.
• More activity: sessions, meetings, code reviews, standups, and the people who work with the engineers most.
