Stop or call off work

Stop one reply: portal chat Stop; in Slack, a message that is only stop (or cancel, abort, hold on, wait, pause, never mind…). The engineer stops and asks where to pick up; the conversation stays open.
Call off a delivery: portal Call off → Yes, call it off (managers). In Slack, say call off the delivery, cancel the task or abort the workflow; you get a picker, then Yes, call it off / Keep going. Calling off from Slack needs an owner or admin whose Slack account is linked to their member record (by email, or a Slack ID on Members). Calling off a delivery also stops its sub-tasks. To stop just one sub-task, use the portal.
