Switch an engineer's model (owners and admins)
- When a newer model is offered, the Overview and the engineer's settings show Switch to …. Nothing changes until you switch. If a model is being retired, the card says when, and engineers move to its successor on that date anyway.
- Or open the engineer's Settings → Model → pick one → Save changes.
- Switching re-provisions the engineer. Conversations already running finish on the old model.
- New hires get the current default model for their role. Existing engineers keep theirs until you switch.
