The portal, page by page

The sidebar on the left groups pages by purpose. It collapses to an icon rail (the button at the top) and becomes a slide-in menu on phones. At the top is the New chat button (it opens Your engineers so you can pick who to talk to). At the bottom, owners and admins see the workspace's credit balance (highlighted when it's low); below that are the organisation switcher and your account menu. Billing and Monitoring only appear for owners and admins.
