Set role rates and currency (owners and admins)

On Insights → What each role costs you:

1. Pick the currency (Naira or US dollars). Switching asks to confirm. Rates are converted and work already valued keeps its value and currency.
2. For each role, enter the Hourly rate and Hours per step (how long a person in that role takes for one step the engineers complete: one implementation, one review, one QA pass).
3. Save rates. A change applies from now on. Work already valued keeps the rate it was valued at. Your first rates also value the earlier, unvalued work.

Until rates are set, no money is shown; "hours saved" uses default hours per role (for example 4h per implementation, 5h for fullstack, 1h per review, 1.5h per QA pass).
