Meetings

Send engineers to a video call to take notes, answer questions and post minutes. Schedule a meeting: meeting URL, title, Meeting type (General: responds when addressed by name; Standup: gives its own update after the humans; Demo / presentation: narrates between sections and answers questions), one or more engineers (pick a primary), a Slack channel for the minutes, Approval contacts (members with Slack IDs who get a DM if an engineer needs a tool confirmation during the call), and an optional Start at. Leave Start at empty and press Join now to send the bot in now; set a time and press Schedule meeting to schedule it. No credits are charged until the bot launches, and you can cancel before then for free. Each meeting's page shows its status and, afterwards, Meeting notes with minutes and action items. Meetings are charged as a flat amount of credits.

Seeing a shared screen (when the platform has it switched on): share your screen in the call and say "Titi, look at my screen". The engineer sees what's shared right now and comments on it. Ask "what did I just do?" and it sees the last few seconds as a short sequence. It only looks when asked; nothing on screen is kept after the meeting. With no screen share, it says so.
