After a meeting

When the engineer posts the meeting notes in Slack, it also posts what it could pick up from the meeting, with Start and Dismiss on each item. Start hands that item to the engineer in a thread under the card, as if you'd asked there; for build work it offers a workflow delivery first. Nothing starts until a team member presses Start. The meeting itself never changes anything.
