Skills

Built-in skills and your workspace's custom skills. Owners and admins create and edit custom skills (name, one-line description, instructions in markdown). Attach skills to an engineer on the engineer's Settings page. You can also keep project skills as .avartar/skills/*.md files in a repo; engineers read those automatically.
