Start a delivery from the portal (anyone in the workspace)

On Deliveries → Start a task on a workflow:

1. What needs doing? (title) and an optional Brief / acceptance criteria.
2. Repos: tick one or more (or type owner/repo if none are listed). The first ticked is the main repo.
3. With two or more repos, choose Together (one engineer across them, one PR per repo, merged together), Separately (one delivery per repo, each with its own PR and review) or Let the lead decide (only shown when an Engineering Lead is hired and the workflow has a Plan step).
4. Optional Engineers: click names to choose who works it. Each takes the steps their role can do.
5. Optional Jira: pick a project ("Jira: the repo's or default project" is the default) or Link an existing Jira issue, e.g. ACME-12.
6. Choose the workflow if you have more than one (the default is used otherwise).
7. Optional People for the human steps: an owner and backup per human step, for this delivery only. They're told when it's their turn.
8. Start task.

From a dashboard card, Give them a delivery opens this form with that engineer named.
